Re: refunds:.
Payment is always due for the booked time spent and the service provided to you, so no refunds can be made.
Re: no-shows to appointments:
Any no-shows, i.e a client not being available during the booked time at all without informing us at least 24 hours before, will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
